Hi, there. My name is Jennifer Louise, founder of Obsessions salon Ramsgate. 👋

I run the guest relations service at Obsessions, and a massive part of that for me is talking to old and new guests of obsessions, building relationships that last a long time. 

I was told when I was little over and over again by my parents that you have two ears and one mouth, and you should use them in that ratio.
