Obsession Hair Salon Ramsgate
At Obsessions salon Ramsgate we are proud that we don’t restrict our guests with a set price list and the standard cuts and styles that come with that. Instead, we charge for the time you need to help you achieve the individual look you want. This means each appointment is fully tailored and bespoke to your unique needs, not a set price list, which allows us to be creative rather than limited to off-the-shelf styles.
Hourly rates range from £38 – £89, depending on the Stylist you choose.

A cut and style is an hour
A Curly cut is 45mins
Every appointment time is pre-agreed and involves a one-to-one service with a fully qualified stylist as we do not work with juniors nor do we squash clients in between you when you are with us we give you our full attention.
When you come to visit us for the first time the first 15 minutes of your appointment is complimentary time for you to have a conversation with your stylist (often over a cup of tea) about what it is you want from your time with us. This allows our stylists the chance to really listen to your needs and to work with you to agree on a haircut, colour or style that helps you to look and feel great by the time you leave.

The consultation is a key part of any appointment and this will be especially important if you are planning a major hair makeover. During an informal and friendly initial consultation, your stylist will get to know a little about you, your hair care routine and your hair goals as well as any styles you’ve got your eye on. Stuck for inspiration? Keep your eye on our Insta account for lots of top hair ideas and use pintrest to save all the hair you love and equally what you don’t like. This helps us to build a great picture around what you want.

Skin Tests
We have a duty of care to ensure the saftey of our clients when having colours as they are a chemical service. We will never colour someones hair direct to scalp without a valid skin test. After your inital skin test we will keep testing you every six months just to keep in line with the law and our insurance. Therefor there is a strict no skin test no colour policy.
A skin test takes two mins and doesn’t need to be booked you can just pop in and grab one at reservations.
