Our salon is proud to host a spectrum of stylists, from those freshly introduced to the beauty industry to seasoned professionals boasting over two decades of experience. Many of our stylists also specialize in niche skills, including extensions, bleach applications, balayage techniques, straightening, advanced blonding, curly hair management, and precision cutting.

Rather than confining our guests to a fixed price list and standard hairstyles, we’ve chosen a more personalized approach. Our pricing is determined by the time dedicated to crafting your distinct look. This flexibility ensures that every appointment is meticulously tailored to your individual preferences, unbounded by generic style templates. In order for us to be as creative as you would like sometimes we may suggest adding a few extra hue’s intgo the mix this will be charged at £7 – £12 each depending on what will be used. Be assured your stylist will consult with you before touching your hair.

To ensure that our color products are compatible with your skin and to prevent any allergic reactions, a mandatory skin test is required at least 48 hours prior to your color application. Our mantra is simple: No skin test, no color. This policy ensures your safety and guarantees a seamless coloring experience.

Failing to complete this test within the stipulated timeframe will be considered a late cancellation. Consequently, any deposit will be retained, and a new one will be necessary to secure a subsequent appointment.

Cancellation Policy at Obsessions Salon

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us at Obsessions Salon. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. When you book your appointment with us, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. To ensure that we provide the best service to you, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.

Policy Guidelines:

  1. Notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

  2. Notification given less than 48-hour prior to appointment time will result in a 50% service charge.

  3. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Understanding & Respect: We understand that unforeseen events occasionally happen in everyone’s life. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the above policies. We appreciate your understanding and respect towards our policies.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the treatment’s actual length, you will be responsible for the full session.

Rescheduling: As a courtesy to our therapists and stylists, we require 24 hours notice for rescheduling of appointments. The full service fee will be charged for rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice.
